Sanctus Consulting is a subsidiary of the Sanzah Group and a proudly 100% Black-owned and woman-led training and development company founded in 2015. With a strong focus on delivering transformative, high-quality training solutions, Sanctus Consulting works to bridge the skills gap across South Africa.
The company specializes in accredited and non-accredited training programs, enterprise development, and capacity-building interventions that are aligned with national priorities. Our projects are designed to empower individuals, uplift communities, and build a skilled, employable, and entrepreneurial workforce.
We are especially committed to rural and township development, where we implement innovative models — such as converting closed schools into functional training centres — to ensure access, inclusion, and long-term community impact.
